The Atassi Gallery, founded in Homs in 1988 and whose headquarters have been in Damascus since 1993, has attracted a variety of artists from different generations and artistic schools. The gallery features a large collection by Syrian and Arabian artists. In addition to a curated programme of exhibitions, the Atassi Gallery hosts a variety of cultural activities such as lectures, seminars and recently, has developed a publishing wing.
